Muhanned Atif Saleh is an entrepreneur and technology-driven

age, he demonstrated a natural entrepreneurial mindset, launching
his first business at just 14 years old, specializing in website
development, digital marketing, and online business acquisitions.
Since then, he has continued to expand his expertise across
technology, logistics, operations, and executive leadership,
successfully founding and leading multiple businesses across
different industries.
He plays a key role in driving the company’s vision,
business development, and operational growth. His
multidisciplinary background combines technical knowledge with
strategic leadership, allowing him to bridge technology and
business to create efficient, forward-thinking solutions.
Throughout his career, he has held executive leadership
positions, including Chief Executive Officer of SPC Logistics,
Massar Al Araba Institute, and Asalah Mas Tech, where he led
business operations, organizational growth, and strategic
planning while building high-performing teams and sustainable
business models.
With a diploma in Computer and Information Technology from Jubail
Industrial College, Muhanned developed a strong foundation in
system administration, database management, disaster recovery,
and web technologies. His technical experience includes designing
and managing websites, implementing financial data systems, and
completing professional system administration training, giving
him a practical understanding of digital infrastructure and
business technology.
In addition to his executive and technical experience, Muhanned
has co-founded Phoenix Chocolate and contributed to several
entrepreneurial ventures in logistics, technology, and digital
services. His career reflects a continuous drive to identify
opportunities, build businesses from the ground up, and deliver
practical solutions through innovation, adaptability, and
strategic thinking.
